He recently bought a car, but was still saving for his license so he biked to ABIDE BY THE LAW... or so he thought. They still gave him sh*t for not having a license, because you totally need that to ride a bike. Frank begged to be let go so he wouldn't be late to work, but instead they handcuffed him and tossed him in the back of a cruiser for what would normally be treated like a speeding ticket. They must've REALLY wanted him to be 45 minutes late to work. Wonder why they had it out for him? 🤔
