What are they complaining about? Choose to have an abortion, the state pays for it through government funds. Choose to have the child, the state pays for it through government funds. Both decisions are legal. Both decisions are made by millions of females. Both decisions are paid for by the federal government (Hyde Amendment, Medicaid, Vouchers, Fee Assistance, Subsides), So why are both sides fighting? Either way your gonna get paid. One side says that their fighting for lives, but its not their child who's dying. The other side says they're fighting for their right to choose. But that desicion has already been made (Row v Wade). Neither side pays out of their own pocket for either decision. That being said, So it brings up the question, what are both sides complaining about? If she had any kind of problems, she would have let us know,” a family member told CBS affiliate WJTV . Brown was three or four weeks pregnant, her family says, and had no previous health issues. She was being held at the Madison County Detention Center, where she was awaiting trial for a felony charge of trafficking a controlled substance. Ole Miss takes donor's name off school after racist comment O X F O R D , M i s s . ( A P ) - The University of Mississippi journalism school no longer bears the name of a donor who shared a Facebook post criticized for being racist. The Oxford Eagle reports the university this month removed Ed Meek's name from the school now known as the "School of Journalism and New Media." Meek had posted photos of black women online in September and suggested they exemplified problems threatening the local economy. University Chancellor Jeffrey Vitter said the post had an "unjustified racial overtone." Meek and university officials then requested to end his university association. State College Board trustees voted in October to remove Meek's name. The journalism school was named after him in 2009 after he and his wife gave it $5.3 million. Meek previously led Ole Miss public relations for over 30 years.

2 plead guilty to writing racist, Nazi graffiti on school GLENELG, Md. (AP) — Two Maryland teenagers have pleaded guilty to writing racist and Nazi graffiti on their Glenelg high school over the summer. The Baltimore Sun reports 19-year-olds Joshua Shaffer and Seth Taylor pleaded guilty to a hate crime charge Thursday as part of a deal. Prosecutors say Shaffer wrote racist graffiti targeting the Glenelg High School principal, who is black. Shaffer was sentenced to 18 weekends at a detention center followed by supervised probation and community service, among other requirements. Prosecutors say Taylor spray-painted “KKK” and swastikas around the school and was sentenced to nine weekends at the center and other requirements similar to Shaffer. Two other teens, 18-year-olds Tyler Curtiss and Matthew Lipp, are also charged with hate crimes in the vandalism. Their trials are set for January and February, respectively.

Cricket fans at the MCG were ejected while others were warned over racially taunting Indian players over the first three days of the Boxing Day Test. Spectators in the MCG's famous Bay 13 were heard chanting "show us your visa" sparking a formal warning from Cricket Australia that if the chanting did not stop then the entire bay would be ejected from the ground.  Several fans were booted from the venue as a result on day three. It is understood the “visa” chant was directed at Indian fans on the second day. Australian and Indian fans have reportedly clashed near Bay 13 during the Test, with both groups provoking each other. Police and security officials have been positioning themselves in the aisles to separate unruly spectators. Footage of the chant, obtained by  ESPNcricinfo , was passed on to Cricket Australia, who then referred the video to Victoria Police and stadium management. Cincinnati police officer under investigation for using 'N' word during arrest CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A white Cincinnati police officer was suspended Wednesday after he used a racial slur while he attempted to arrest a black woman during an incident at Brownstone Nightclub in Roselawn on Saturday, according to our media partners at the Cincinnati Enquirer. Officer Dennis Barnette's use of the slur can be heard on the body camera of a fellow officer, Police Chief Eliot Isaac wrote in an email to his boss, City Manager Patrick Duhaney. "This type of behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated inside the department," Isaac wrote. Isaac shared details of the incident via email Wednesday night with Duhaney, who in turn notified other city officials.  The emails were obtained by The Enquirer.  According to Isaac’s email, Barnette responded to the Reading Road nightclub to assist with parking complaints and traffic control.
