The woman identified as Theresa claimed the 9-year-old boy “grabbed my ass,” but the footage shows him merely brushing against her — corroborating the claims of eyewitnesses inside the store who said the boy did not “assault” the woman.

Study claims NFL ratings drop was not due to kneeling protests

Study claims NFL ratings drop was not due to kneeling protests

While the NFL and President Donald Trump believe that the #TakeAKnee movement is to blame for the declining TV ratings, a study by USA Todayreveals that the protests had little impact. USA Today reviewed comScore data from 2016 and 2017 that counters the claim that the NFL was taking a hit because of the players’ decisions to kneel. According to the report, the NFL actually had a small uptick – a 1 percent increase in ratings during the first four weeks of 2018. Even though the timing aligns with when former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick started kneeling during the anthem in protest of racial injustice and police shootings of Black men, the ratings drop by 17 percent in that year was already happening, according to the study. Contractor’s racist abuse caught on video — but his company won’t fire him because ‘Trump’s president’: lawsuit

Contractor’s racist abuse caught on video — but his company won’t fire him because ‘Trump’s president’: lawsuit

A complaint filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims that a New York contractor refused to fire his son despite the fact that he was caught on camera hurling racist abuse at employees. The New York Daily News reports that the EEOC complaint alleges that Kenneth Kasper, a co-owner of the company Mid County Mechanical, brushed off former employee Rafael Galan’s complaints about being subjected to racist abuse at the hands of his son, supervisor Steven Kasper. “What do you expect?” Kasper asked Galan, according to the complaint. “Now that Trump’s President, it’s a white backlash. We’re taking America back.” In a video given to the New York Daily News, Steven Kasper can be heard shouting racial epithets at other employees — and at one point even hurling objects at them in fits of rage. “Get a f*cking education like everybody else!” he yelled. “I’m tired of f*…

Washington State Abolishes the Death Penalty, Finding the Punishment ‘Racially Biased’

Washington State Abolishes the Death Penalty, Finding the Punishment ‘Racially Biased’

Washington state’s Supreme Court abolished the death penalty on Thursday on the grounds that it was applied randomly and “in a racially biased manner,” thus violating the state’s constitution. With the decision, Washington is now the 20th U.S. state to ban capital punishment. The case striking down capital punishment was brought forward by a black death row inmate, Allen Gregory. As ABC News reports, Gregory was sentenced to death for raping and murdering a 43-year-old woman in her home in 1996. From ABC News: There is no doubt of Allen’s guilt, or of the horrific brutality of his crime. What the Washington court focused on is what many states have come to see—the death penalty is administered so arbitrarily, and is laced with so much conscious and unconscious racial bias, that it cannot be seen as a just or even lawful act by the state. Supporting this was an exhaustive University of Washington study…

Hall of Famer Jim Brown does not condone NFL players kneeling for the national anthem

Hall of Famer Jim Brown does not condone NFL players kneeling for the national anthem

NFL Hall of Fame running back Jim Brown does not believe players should kneel during the presentation of the national anthem. "Well, I can be very blunt about taking the knee. First of all, I'm an American. That flag is my flag," Brown told reporters at the White House Thursday afternoon. "The things that I've overcome in this country have made me a better person. I don't think that we should take knees in protest. ... I think we should work out our problems." Brown was at the White House, along with rapper Kayne West, to meet with President Trump in the Oval Office to discuss potential presidential pardons, the violent crime surge in West's hometown of Chicago, and other topics. The 82-year-old former NFL star was known for being a champion of civil rights throughout his playing career. Brown founded the Black Economic Foundation in the 1960s to help black Americans s…

Arkansas sheriff’s office forcing inmates to wear Nike shirts in mugshots to mock Colin Kaepernick: activist

Arkansas sheriff’s office forcing inmates to wear Nike shirts in mugshots to mock Colin Kaepernick: activist

A Sheriff’s Department in El Dorado, Arkansas, reportedly forced inmates to pose for their mugshots in Nike t-shirts. According to criminal justice reform activist Shaun King, who first posted the mugshots, it was meant to protest the company’s new ad campaign starring former football player Colin Kaepernick.

“The Sheriff in Union County, Arkansas is putting Nike t-shirts on people they arrest and making them wear them during mugshots,” King wrote on Twitter.

“Source says it is to mock Nike and Colin Kaepernick. Disgusting.”

Shortly after Nike announced they would be partnering with Kaepernick, conservatives launched a series of boycotts of the company for supporting Kaepernick’s protest against police brutality and violence against people of color.

The local station KATV reached out to the Sheriff’s office, but received no comment. The Sheriff’s office removed the photos after…

Racist man flies into berserk rage after seeing black Denny’s worker

Another customer stepped up to stop the 41-year-old French, who punched the man three times before other customers wrangled him by the straps on his overalls, the newspaper reported.

KANYE WEST Goes On A RANT At The White House With President Trump

Here are the top 5 most bizarre things Kanye West said to Donald Trump in the Oval Office

Here are the top 5 most bizarre things Kanye West said to Donald Trump in the Oval Office

President Donald Trump received Kanye West in the Oval Office Thursday in the White House before they had lunch with former NFL player Jim Brown. The conversation was so high-energy it bordered on manic. Here are the most bizarre things said during the press availability. 1.TheMAGAhatgivesmepower According to West, he doesn’t have a lot of male energy in his home and he didn’t grow up with a father in his house so he didn’t have that either. He told Trump that the Make America Great Again hat gave him “male energy” that he couldn’t get from Hillary Clinton’s campaign “I’m with her.” He called the hat his “Superman cape.” West seems to view Trump as a kind of father figure. 2.Westaddresseshismentalhealthissues.
