‘I’ll drown you’: White teen brutally attacks and ‘waterboards’ Syrian refugee classmate A viral video shows a white teen attacking a Syrian refugee classmate and “waterboarding” him — and some are condemning the school for not taking action in the month since it was recorded. According to the Daily Mail, the incident involving the unnamed white teen and a 15-year-old boy named Jamal happened at the Almondbury Community School in Huddersfield, a town in West Yorkshire, England. The video was reportedly recorded by a friend of the teen attacker and shows him calling for Jamal before confronting him, grabbing him by the neck and pushing him to the ground. WATCH: New video shows Milwaukee cop shooting unarmed Black man On August 21, 2017, officers Melvin Finkley and Adam Stahl chased 19-year-old Jerry Smith Jr. to a rooftop in Milwaukee, the Journal-Sentinel reports. The officers said that Smith had run from them after a street fight and they received reports that Smith was armed. During the rooftop encounter, officers acknowledge that they shot Smith three times but insisted that it was only after Smith reached for a gun he had hidden behind an air conditioning vent. Cell phone video filmed by a civilian appeared to show that Smith was unarmed, but the footage was not definitive. Both Stahl and Finkley were eventually found to have acted appropriately and never faced charges. But on Friday, forensic investigator Daniel Storm released previously unseen bodycam footage showing what seems to contradict the district attorney’s narrative. WNCN reported that 51-year-old Jorge Luis Valencia Lamadrid had, according to a police warrant, been “drinking heavily” before his two sons got into an argument about athletes taking a knee in protest during Thanksgiving dinner. The son Lamadrid allegedly shot started to become more confrontational with his brother and his dad told him to leave the house — and soon after, the brothers got into a physical fight. The father tried to intervene, the report noted, but realized he couldn’t. Another of his children left the house and the victim continued to argue with Lamadrid, which led to the father attempting to kick that son out. At some point during the altercation, the father picked up his shotgun. While the fight was still g
