Arrests were made after the county courthouse and local businesses were vandalized and some protesters threw objects at police officers, Oakland police said. In Los Angeles, a scuffle broke out between protesters and LAPD officers under the Third Street Tunnel in Downtown Los Angeles. LAPD said about 10 people were detained. Kenosha entered into it's 4th night of protests since the fatal shooting of Jakob Blake; roughly 75-100 people gathered around Civic Center Park. Though the National Guard were officially deployed to Kenosha on behalf of Gov. Tony Evers, they were largely absent. Portland protesters clashed with police officers and Federal troops for the 90th consecutive day. Portland police declared an unlawful assembly and made 11 arrests after a crowd of people marched to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Wednesday night.
