Marilyn Williams, wife of Rev. Patrick Williams, told the H o u s t o n C h r o n i c l e that she and her husband were s h o c k e d t o l e a r n of the charges. “The lawyer said it’s a criminal charge,” Marilyn Williams said. “I couldn’t believe it.” Rev.
