California prosecutor attacks Michelle Obama — and wonders why someone hasn’t shot Maxine Waters yet



A veteran prosecutor in the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office is under fire after a series of vulgar posts and comments online wondering why someone hasn’t shot Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) as well as attacks on former First Lady Michelle Obama and Mexican immigrants.
According to The Sun, Deputy District Attorney Michael Selyem — a 12-year veteran of the DA’s office — is facing calls for his dismissal over the comments made on Facebook.
According to the report, the prosecutor who specializes in prosecuting gang violence, attacked the outspoken Waters online, writing: “Being a loud-mouthed c*nt in the ghetto you would think someone would have shot this b*tch by now …”
Selyem also posted a doctored picture of Michelle Obama holding up a sign saying, “Trump grabbed my penis.”
Discussing a police shooting in a comment section, the prosecutor went off, writing, “That sh*tbag got exactly what he deserved. … You reap what you sow. And by the way go f*ck yourself you liberal sh*tbag.”
The Sun reports that the DA’s office has been aware of Selyem’s online outbursts since late June and the he is currently undergoing an internal review.
In a statement Friday, outgoing District Attorney Mike Ramos said: “We have been made aware of the negative comments and they do not represent the views of the District Attorney’s Office. Since this is a personnel matter I cannot comment any further.”
According to the report, Selyem has shuttered his Facebook and Instagram accounts.
